Step 1:
DON'T ask in the shoutbox. Your messages will be deleted and you are risking being banned. We are sorry about the problems you are experiencing, but it has nothing to do with us so we are unable to provide any assistance (technical or otherwise) beyond this FAQ entry. Follow the steps below and you should have it sorted out. If you still can't get it to work then even we can't help you. After all, we simply post links.
Step 2:
Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP). They may be having technical difficulties so talk to them and make sure your service is up and running.
Step 3:
Contact Rapidshare support (see link on their main page). However, please note that it is very rare for Rapidshare to have problems on a wide scale. Situations like links being unavailable due to hardware maintenance are a common occurence and must be accepted because Rapidshare's infrastructure is so vast and complex. No, we don't choose on which servers links we post are and please don't ask to reupload if link(s) are unavailable, Just wait and within hours link(s) will be back online.
Step 4:
If steps 2 & 3 didn't solve the problem then all you can do is wait and hope the problem will sort itself out. Check your internet settings and have a look in your premium zone and you may realise what has been the cause of the problem.
