Below is the breakdown of what to and what not to do when contacting us using various categories

a) Publish Rapidshare Link - read the rules and FAQ. Don't send us anything else using that category! Just submissions of Rapidshare links! [UPDATE] NO Submissions anymore please!!!

b) Request Links - read the rules for what you need to do when requesting stuff. If you don't do it properly then you'll never get it!

c) Report a broken link - if you're using a download manager and have a problem with a specific link then go to the post where that link is and click on it. If you can download it that way then don't contact us. If, when clicking on a Rapidshare link posted here, you get redirected to a Rapidshare page with an error message then READ THE MESSAGE! Don't contact us if the server is having hardware problems because it's out of our control! Don't use the "Report a broken link" category to inform us about corrupted files! However, if file(s) are blocked, deleted or not found then tell us!

d) Advertising - we get thousands of visitors EVERY day. If you wish to promote your product or service then get in touch. More info is on "Advertise" page (link is at the top edge of this page). Do not use this category to complain about a particular advertisement!

e) Other - use this category for any matter that is not covered by previous categories. For example, use this category to ask us a question that's not in FAQ, share a concern, provide feedback and stuff like that. Make sure you do it politely and constructively or we'll bin it.

Very important: when contacting us through the form, use your real email address otherwise we won't be able to respond and answer your query. No, we won't send you spam or sell your email to any company for profit so either use the real email or don't expect an answer from us.
